Academic Year Ends And Removing 'Home School Link' From Your PC

At the beginning of each academic year it is best to follow the procedure below to delete last year's 'Home School Link' from your PC and then follow the instructions from step two of the installation process to re-install 'Home School Link'. This is because for example, the item 'Home Drive jbloggs04 in year 7' will not work when the pupil with the login 'jbloggs04' is in year 8.

NOTE: Members of staff do not need to do this as they do not change year groups.

Deleting 'Home School Link'

If you wish to delete 'Home School Link' from your home PC, open your Internet Explorer web browser and delete the item 'The Meden School' from the 'Favorites' list.
